5 minute warm up + 3 miles @5mph 1% + 10 x 6% @8mph + cool down
First run after the norovirus. Felt pretty good. My HR was higher than normal throughout. Usually I can’t sustain a pace once my HR gets to 184, but today I ran quite a bit at 188 and it felt easy enough. I think my allergy medication is doing that, but I’m not sure.
