2010 NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS
- Finish the 2010 WDW Marathon - I DID IT ON 1/10/2010!
- Log 1,000 miles on foot
- Lose 5% bodyfat
- Run the 2010 KY Derby MiniMarathon in 2:24:00
- Train for the 2011 WDW Goofy Challenge
LIFESTYLE GOALS:
- Maintain a healthy weight between 120-130lbs
- Maintain an average 15 mile/week running program
- Maintain a healthy, low meat eating program
- Manage my stress level to avoid negative health effects
- Minimize need of maintenance drugs of any kind
